Not sure what to book?

Start here.

I'm Dr. Jason Fidler. I help people in Brooklyn figure out what's causing their pain, how they're moving, and what to do next—whether that's hands-on treatment, rehab, or a more comprehensive plan.

Who I Help

You're probably in one of these situations:

• You're in pain right now—low back, neck, sciatica, shoulder, hip, knee, or something else—and want to figure out what's actually causing it.

• You keep having the same issue come back no matter how much you stretch, rest, or modify your workouts.

• You train, run, lift, play pickleball, CrossFit, surf, or stay active and something isn't moving the way it should.

• You sit at a desk all day and your body is starting to let you know about it.

• You've tried chiropractic, physical therapy, massage, or other treatments and want a more complete approach.

If any of that sounds familiar, you're in the right place.

What makes this different

A lot of chiropractic care is built around the quick crack: you come in, you get adjusted, you leave, you come back when it hurts again. That has its place, but it rarely solves the underlying problem.

Here's how I work instead:

  • Every appointment is with me. Not an aide, not a rotating therapist. Same person, every visit.

  • I assess how you move first. Pain is the symptom. Movement limitations, loading issues, or faulty movement patterns are often part of the reason the problem developed in the first place. I find that before I treat anything.

  • I combine the tools that actually fit your problem — hands-on soft tissue work, chiropractic adjustment when it's warranted, spinal decompression, and rehab exercise you can actually do — instead of doing the same thing to everyone.

  • I give you a plan, not a punch card. You'll know what we're working on, why, and roughly how long it'll take.

The goal is to get you to the point where you don't need me anymore.

Not Sure Where To Start?

If you've never been evaluated by me before, start with a New Patient Evaluation.

Here's why: I can't responsibly treat a problem I haven't assessed. The evaluation is where I take your history, watch how you actually move, and figure out what's driving the pain. Everything else — adjustments, soft tissue work, a rehab plan — works better when it's built on that. Booking a quick adjustment before I've seen you is like asking a mechanic to fix the noise without opening the hood.

If you have seen me before and you know what you need (a maintenance adjustment, a specific follow-up), skip ahead to "Choose your starting point" below.

Evaluation vs. Adjustment vs. Rehab Plan

These three services are often confused. Here’s the simplest way to think about them.

New Patient Evaluation

Best for

New patients or new problems

  • 45–60 minutes
  • Movement assessment
  • History review
  • Treatment when appropriate
  • Clear diagnosis and plan

This is where most people start.

Chiropractic Adjustment

Best for

Existing patients

  • Focused treatment visit
  • Maintenance care
  • Progress checks
  • Known conditions

Not intended as a first visit if I’ve never evaluated you.

Rehab Plan

Best for

Recurring or stubborn issues

  • Structured treatment plan
  • Progressive exercise coaching
  • Accountability
  • Long-term results

Ideal for people who want to address the underlying problem, not just manage symptoms.

  • Pick the option that sounds most like you.

  • Start with a New Patient Evaluation

  • Read about COX Spinal Decompression, then book an evaluation so I can confirm it's the right tool for you

  • Book the visit type that matches your current issue.

  • Read about Workstation Consults, or book an evaluation

  • Start with an evaluation; we'll map a 12- or 24-week rehab plan from there

Really enjoyed working with Dr. Fidler! I’d been dealing with neck pain for months and it finally got to the point that it was debilitating enough and affecting my daily function and felt I had to do something about it. I really appreciate that Dr. Fidler’s approach is more holistic and focused on building mobility, strength, and stability rather than quick fixes. He was very communicative throughout the process and took the time to understand my needs. I appreciated that the exercises were tailored to my needs and we even made some adjustments to work with my busy schedule. Would highly recommend!
